Consultant
Job Description
- Research and analysis of industry trends;
- Understand the client company's business strategy, provide talent and reserve plans, and complete executive recruitment programs;
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with senior management talents in the industry, expand the human resources network, and provide career development consulting for core talents;
- Responsible for the results of the client-sponsored recruitment project implementation, leading, directing and motivating team members to accomplish and exceed individual and team performance goals;
- Identify key customers and develop and maintain ongoing partnerships for common development;
- Enhance brand value for the company with a professional work image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, more than three years of work experience;
- Background in human resources management, consumer, finance, commerce, or international strategic consulting firms are preferred; (familiar with business operation, understand organization structure);
- Have a certain social experience and have a correct understanding of the company;
- Good sense of teamwork;
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and business knowledge;
- Can use Chinese and English as a working language.

- Assist project consultants in talent search.
- Assist project consultants in organizing project materials and reports.
- Assist project consultants to maintain quality communication with clients and candidates.
- Assist project consultants in the collection of industry information.

Qualifications
